This course focuses on nutrition for a healthy pregnancy and addresses three key stages: pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy, and postpartum. The primary emphasis is on creating nutrient-dense meal plans, effectively managing supplements, and developing skills to maintain physical and psychological well-being after childbirth. It provides practical guidance to support both maternal and baby health throughout the entire pregnancy journey.
